Dajha Houston

Dajha K. Houston serves as an instructional technologist with the Digital Education and Learning Technology Applications (DELTA) group at NC State University. In her capacity within this team, Dajha conducts both in-person and online workshops, crafting comprehensive training materials tailored for instructors across departments and colleges within the university. Before joining the DELTA group, she dedicated several years to the field of education as a K-12 educator. In this prior role, she worked as a K-12 educator, teaching English Language Arts in both elementary and middle schools. Her background in education continues to fuel her passion for bridging the gap between technology and pedagogy.

Jill Anderson

Jill Anderson, M.Ed. is a Senior Instructional Technologist at NC State University’s Digital Education and Learning Technology Applications (DELTA). In this capacity, she provides support and training for instructors teaching in a digital environment and/or with digital tools. Jill is the former Coordinator of Advising in the Department of Biological Sciences at NC State where she advised undergraduates for 12.5 years. She began working in her role as instructional technologist in January of 2020. Jill has dedicated her career to providing tangible and creative support to others in their aspirations to do good work and realize their own potential. She enjoys teaching, writing and working with many amazing teams at NC State.

Kerri Brown Parker

Kerri Brown Parker, M.Ed. is the Assistant Director of the Instructional Technology and Training group at DELTA (Digital Education and Learning Technology Applications) at North Carolina State University. She leads a team and creates learning opportunities for instructors and faculty in digital teaching and learning. She facilitates workshops and creates training materials for instructors across different departments and colleges at NC State. Formerly, she was the Director of the Media & Education Technology Center (METRC) at the NC State University College of Education and taught undergraduate courses for future teachers in instructional technology. Kerri has been in education for over 25 years, starting as a secondary English Language Arts and theater teacher. She also served public K-12 schools as a librarian and technology facilitator.

Yiling Chappelow

Yiling Chappelow is a Lead Instructional Technologist at NC State University’s Digital Education and Learning Technology Applications (DELTA). She designs and facilitates training programs to help educators effectively integrate instructional technology into their teaching. She develops practical learning resources and guides faculty in using technology to create engaging, student-centered experiences. Yiling also collaborates with university stakeholders to implement digital solutions, researches emerging trends, and shares best practices to support innovation in higher education.

David Howard

David is the Interim Senior Director for Academic Technologies, providing strategic leadership and advocacy for enterprise technologies in classrooms and online. David helps to set DELTA’s vision and strategy for WolfWare, the suite of online tools available to faculty and students supporting teaching and learning and is a leader in the governance of WolfWare.

David joined DELTA in 2002 as an Instructional Designer. In this role, he worked with faculty and colleagues to design and develop effective and innovative online learning experiences. David has been the team lead for the Instructional Design team and recently was the Director for Instructional Innovation for more than nine years.

David received a Master of Science in Geography from the Pennsylvania State University following a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Stacy Gant

Stacy Gant is the Senior Director of Digital Learning and is dedicated to providing high-quality digital learning experiences for all students at NC State. Within DELTA, Stacy provides leadership for faculty services, including: learning technology support; instructional design and development; digital media production; and course quality initiatives.

Stacy holds a doctoral degree in Educational Technology from the University of Florida, and her research interests focus on enabling online student success through community-building initiatives at the curricular and co-curricular levels.
